Amazon has been a successful example in the business and corporate world. Essentially, Amazon has a role as a C2C and B2C interface or marketplace for its customers to engage with one another in a business manner and deals with the online business or sale and auction or in other words E-commerce. Furthermore, the business model of Amazon tends to be innovative as it has a put the focus on hardware and latest services such as Kindl,e e-readers, fire tablet, smartphone and TV, echo, amazon fashion, amazon prime and Amazon Go, which is the newest Amazon product. In terms of the financial investment or revenue model, Amazon will always have an analytical surveillance on its programs and investment capability. In addition to the financial investment or revenue model, it as well puts its focuses on the customer metrics, a system where each site of Amazon is carefully overseen through the professional monitoring medium. Also, the customer metrics are where the Amazon per minute revenue bounds gather. Importantly, Amazon is focused on low prices, convenience and various souvenirs for the sake of customer experience. In conclusion, Amazon strongly sees its customers as its assets, profit and revenue as they are offered some perks such as Amazon and other perks mentioned above and encouraged to engage in B2B and C2C on its platform or marketplace and carefully monitored through its customer metric systems. Therefore, the Amazon customers’ repeat purchase is the secret to the accomplishment of Amazon, while it has also succeeded in gaining and attaining the alertness and devotion of its customer.
